Disease prevention, played like a game.
At BSI Rwanda, we turn bilharzia prevention into stories, songs and play. The Splash Water Game empowers school-aged students to become agents of change for their families and their communities.

A disease hiding in plain sight.
In Rwanda's lake regions, children swim and play in waters carrying invisible parasites. Without awareness, bilharzia silently damages organs and steals futures. Rwanda has set a national target to eliminate the disease by 2030 — and 1,013 affected villages are counting on it.
